Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally. Hence, by consent of both the counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission.
2. The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing the second respondent/Tahsildar, Salem South, Dhadagapatti to issue legal heir certificate of one Annamalai, S/o.Ramasamy who had passed away on 09.05.2021.

3. The same prayer as made in this Writ Petition has been made by way of representation dated 05.08.2021 before R2 and proof of service upon R2 is also available on file. Thus, it would suffice that a direction is issued to R2, to hear the petitioner as well as any others who may be necessary to adjudicate the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
