O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2004, wherein he has sought for refund of a sum of Rs.16 lakhs together with interest. 2.Since the petitioner has given his representation way back in the year 2004 and 15 years have lapsed, it would not be appropriate for this Court to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation at this belated stage. If at all, the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to made appropriate application before the concern authorities have been addressing his grievances.

3.In the light of the above observations, the petitioner is granted liberty to give a fresh representation to the first respondent, ventilating his grievance and on receipt of his representation, the first respondent herein shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of such a representation. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
