ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31923 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31923 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, on 1st and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
