At the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, today this matter has been posted under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 22.08.2023, while disposing of this writ petition, the petitioner wrongly mentioned as there is vacancy in Thiruporur Taluk, Villupuram District. Hence, he requested to issue a fresh order copy after replacing the same as Thirukovilur Panchayat Union, Kallakurichi District.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that at the end of the third paragraph of the order dated 22.08.2023 in WP.No.20629 of 2011, 'Thiruporur Taluk, Villupuram District' shall read as 'Thirukovilur Panchayat Union, Kallakurichi District'. 1/4

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in WP.No.20629 of 2011 dated 22.08.2023 after making the above correction. 21.09.2023 lok 2/4
