dismissal". Today also, when the matter was called, none appears for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, M.P.No.2 of 2008 is also dismissed.
