Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certioriarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.607/2011/PGI, dated 15.05.2013 to quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondents to regularize period of suspension of the petitioner from 21.01.2007 to 18.07.2011 as duty and disburse the admissible pay and allowance.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) On the earlier occasion, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".
