ORDER

(MADE BY THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) The writ petition is directed against the failure by the Debts Recovery Tribunal to deal with an application seeking extension of time to put in the money following a conditional order.

2. There is no doubt that the Tribunal will take up the matter at its earliest convenience. The Writ Court would ordinarily not interfere in a matter of the present kind merely because a defaulter has sought an extension of time and such application has not been taken up for consideration. W.P.No.2835 of 2021 is disposed of without any order. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3170 of 2021 is closed.
