Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MAHENDRA NAIDU, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed seeking to order substituted service in Malai Murasu.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition, this Petition is ordered on the following terms:

"The Petitioner herein is permitted to effect Paper Publication in any one of the Tamil dailies, having wide circulation in Trichy, mentioning the date of hearing of this matter as 20.02.2020. Paper Publication shall be effected on or before 16.02.2020 and Affidavit of Service shall be fled into the Registry on or before 18.02.2020."
