respectively dated 10.05.2011 and quash the same and consequently allow the petitioner application to condone the delay and direct the first respondent to hear his appeal on merits and in accordance with the law. These Writ Petitions have been filed to quash the proceedings of the first respondent made in Lr.No.4299/G/2011-1, Lr.No.4302/G/2011-1, Lr.No.4300/G/2011-1, Lr.No.4297/G/2011-1 and Lr.No.4301/G/2011-1 respectively dated 10.05.2011 and consequently allow the petitioner application to condone the delay and direct the first respondent to hear his appeal on merits and in accordance with the law.
