When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any instructions from his client.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the Management the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, if the Management enters appearance in this case by filing a restoration petition, the matter will be re-opened, heard on merits and thereafter, suitable orders will be passed. No costs.
