The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 13.09.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.19074 of 2017.

has submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.09.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.257 of 2018.
