This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. In Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions would submit that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and the final report has been filed before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in C.C.No.456 of 2019.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
