The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E5/11966/2002 dated 19.01.2021 passed by the Zonal Manager, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Thiruvannamalai Zone to that effect.
