This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21749 of 2018 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in W.P.No.21749 of 2018 has been complied with by passing an order dated 20.02.2020 in No.A3/41/2020 by the District Manager, Chennai (North). He has also produced a copy of the said order. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in a separate proceedings.

3. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances and by granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
