Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records connected with the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in proc. NO. Na. Ka.NO. 13/2008/K2 dated 19.9.2008 quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner and further direct the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in appropriate place in the list of Assistant for the year 1995 with all consequential benefits such as retrospective promotion, pay fixation, arrears of pay and seniority etc..

ORDER
The matter had come up on 12.08.2021 and 16.08.2021, when this Court had directed that the name of the petitioner be printed since it had been represented by the counsel that she had returned the case bundle to the petitioner.
2. Thereafter, the matter had come up on on 31.08.2021 when also there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed today i.e. 03.09.2021, under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. The following order was passed on 31.08.2021: This matter had come up on 12.08.2021 and 16.08.2021, when this Court had directed to print the name of petitioner, since it had been represented by the counsel who states that she has returned the case bundle to the petitioner. The name of the counsel as well as writ petitioner is printed today in the cause list, however, there is no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner.
2. List 'for dismissal' on 03.09.2021.
3. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and delete the name of the respondents.
