ORDER

Petitioner seeks quash of proceedings in C.C.No.168 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for first respondent.

3. Finding that this petitioner stands on the same footing as the petitioner covered under orders of this court in Crl.O.P.No.12436 of 2014 dated 16.09.2015 and this Court has chosen to quash the complaint case, this petition shall stand allowed. The proceedings in C.C.No.168 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, shall stand quashed. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

It is seen that the earlier quash petition of this petitioner was dismissed for non-appearance and such position is not informed in the present petition. Hence, while allowing the present quash petition, petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority within the period of four weeks from today.
