(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.25385 of 2018. dated 30.11.2018 .

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. K. Raja Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the building in question was locked and sealed on 29.12. 2020, on which, the appeal filed by the owner of the property under section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act was dismissed.
