Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.The learned counsel on either side submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has been complied with by the 1st respondent on 23.09.2005.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the compliance by the 1st respondent, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
