The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to dispose of O.P.No.1787 of 2020 on the file of the learned VI Family Judge, Chennai which was filed by the petitioner herein seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Though the application was filed for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1787 of 2020 on the file of the learned VI Family Judge, Chennai, the records would show that an interlocutory application in I.A.No.1 of 2021 is pending for amendment.

3. Therefore, a direction is issued to the learned VI Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2021 on or before 31.03.2022.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
