Respondents in both the W.Ps Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned order dated 30.06.2008 in the Revision Petition Nos.9563/2007/nt4 and 8169/2007/nt4 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to follow the rule of reservation for SC/ST employees in promotion as directed by the Joint Registrar in his order dated 29.12.2007.
