ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph 6 (iii) of the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16168 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.955 of 2023 dated 10.12.2024. 2.Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor (NIA) appearing for the respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 10.12.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.16168 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.955 of 2023 is modified as follows:

" 6. (iii)The petitioner/A11 is directed to appear before the Tiruvidaimaruthur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m except on the first working day of every month,when the petitioner shall report before the Special Court, Poonamallee at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further, the petitioner shall also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2022 until further orders. "

4. All other conditions remain unaltered.
