This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.07.2009 made in W.P.No.11837 of 2007 (O.A.No.192/2002).

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that, the order under contempt has been complied with by the 2nd Respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.50/A1/2004, dated 12.09.2017.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
