PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to renew the "C" form license of the petitioner Cinema Theatre pursuant to the compliance of the petitioner by his letter dated 24.05.2013 and consequentially directing the 2nd respondent to issue "E" permit to the petitioner Cinema theatre under Rule 97 of the Tamil Nadu Cinema Regulation Rules 1957 until disposal of the application for renewal of "C" form license to the petitioner theatre.
