Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particularly respondent No.1 to provide relief amount of 75% out of Rs.7 00 000/- contemplated Rule 12(4) and Annexure-I of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Rules 2014 to the petitioner. JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents appended thereto.

It is seen from the counter affidavit dated 6.4.2015 of the 1st respondent that the entire amount as required under the provisions of Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995 has been paid to the petitioner.
