Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the respondents in their proceedings (i) Charge Memo No.6776/2005/PA.2 dated 12.03.2007 of the third respondent (ii) Enquiry Report dated 23.07.2007 of the fourth respondent (iii)E/835/08 dated 20.08.2008 by the second respondent and (iv)Se.Mu.Aa.No.2/76000/07 dated 30.09.2008 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all monetary and service benefits.
