This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R in Crime No.3 of 2018 for the offence under Section 498A, on the file of the first respondent Police.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition is filed to quash the F.I.R, on the ground that the F.I.R is pending for nearly one year and there is absolutely no progress in the investigation. 3.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R. However, considering the pendency of the F.I.R, this Court directs the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
