ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Ilangovan, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondent. More than the above, the respondent is a private Bank and as such this Court cannot exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum as may be permissible under the law. No costs.
