Seeking an interim order restraining the respondent, his men, agents or anyone related to him from taking away the minor child Ryan Jeev, born on 25.06.2012 currently aged about three and half years from the custody of the applicant herein pending disposal of the Original Petition, this application has been filed. 2.From the records, it is seen that the respondent is not willing to receive the notice. Refusal would amount to proper service. 3.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent. The interim order granted earlier was extended from time to time and the same is still in force. It appears that the child is in the custody of the applicant viz., the mother. In such view of the matter, the interim order granted on 28.04.2016 is made absolute and the application stands allowed.
