This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.189 of 2015 on the file of the learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate and Assistant Collector, Tirupattur, Vellore District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents represented that matter has become infructuous, since the property was acquired by the National Highways Authority and compensation was also received. 2/4
3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
