This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the revision petition against the order dated 13.08.2025 passed in M.P.No.1722 of 2024 in M.C.No.423 of 2024 on the file of the learned 1st Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 39 days is condoned.

3. Accordingly, this Crl.M.P is ordered.
