C.M.P.No.1148 of 2016 in C.M.A. No.SR82094 of 2001 T.RAJA, J.

With the huge and unexplained delay of 5202 days for paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.1,772/-, the present petition has been filed seeking condoning the delay.

2.As there was unusual and unprecedent delay of about 17 years, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is dismissed consequently, this C.M.A. No.SR82094 of 2001 is rejected.
