The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for deleting the name of the petitioner/first respondent viz., The State of Tamil Nadu, Rep. by The Secretary to Government, Labour and Employment Department, Fort St.George, Chennai-600009 from the cause title of the above writ petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
