dated 31.08.2023 by implementing the order dated 15.06.2021 having Ref.No.Pa.Mu.659/2021/A1 passed by the 1st respondent which is confirmed by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2021 in W.P.No.13981 of 2021 within the time to be stipulated by this Court. For the Petitioner :

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.R.Divyapreathika, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the encroachments were identified and even the Inspector of Police, Hosur, has been addressed to provide protection on the date of eviction of encroachment by the 4th respondent. The learned Government Advocate submits that within a period of three months, the encroachment will be removed.

In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
