Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased To permit the petitioner for making payment for extend time to pay the interim maintenance amount as stated at tabular column for the respondent and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court (in CMP.No.2541 of 2021).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.P.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Mr.K.P.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner states that issues raised in the revision petition have become infructuous and nothing further survives for adjudication. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is therefore dismissed. This would not mean that the rights of either one of the suit parties have been foreclosed in entirety. If there are any issues either one of the parties can always take it up in manner known to law. No order as to costs.
