Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, call for the records in C.O.C.No.83/2016, dated 16.12.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to produce the petitioners husband Sekar @ Gunasekaran S/o.Kannan aged about 45 years, who now detained in Central Prison, Cuddalore, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenue - Sekar @ Gunasekaran S/o.Kannan, in C.O.C.No.83/2016, dated 16.12.2016.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.482, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 30.01.2017. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
