This application has been filed by the applicants to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased second defendant as one of the defendants in the suit.

2. The other side have not seriously objected.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and already second defendant died and the legal heirs of the deceased / proposed party to be

brought on record, it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
