ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the nonconsideration of the petitioner by the respondent to participate in the selection to the post of Junior Assistant.

This Court passed an Interim order on 31.01.2020 and allowed the petitioner to participate in the skill test that was conducted on 01.02.2020. This Court further directed the respondent to furnish the result in a sealed cover before this Court. The Assessment sheet as well as the result of the skill test was produced before this Court and it is seen that the petitioner has failed in the skill test that was conducted on 01.02.2020.

In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
