O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to act upon the orders of the 3rd respondent dated 28.12.2022 and to take action in accordance with law.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order passed by the 3rd respondent has been acted upon and legal opinion has also been obtained and that further action will be taken by the 2nd respondent, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3.In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR and proceed further with the investigation in accordance with law. This shall be done, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
