O R D E R

Mr.SK.Rameshwar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Heard both sides.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 02.03.2018, wherein and whereby he sought for transfer of the electricity service connection, which is standing in the name of his father to his name, based on a partition said to have taken place between the parties.

3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
