This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint filed by the respondent in STC No.502 of 2022 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the entire case bundle had already been handed over to the petitioner with change of vakalath. So far, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel on her behalf. Today, when the matter is called, neither the petitioner nor any counsel entered appearance before this Court. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case.
