Respondent The writ petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying, for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner, in respect of the plot No.116, ThiruVi-Ka Nagar Scheme, extending to 0.46 sq. meters presently having Door No.19, Thiru-Vi-Ka Nagar Main Road, Pulianthope, Chennai-600 012, within the time limit fixed by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondent.

This writ petition has been filed, praying that this court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to execute the sale deed, in favour of the petitioner, in respect of the Plot No.116, Thiru-Vi-Ka Nagar Scheme, having an extent of 0.46 sq. meters, presently, having Door No.19, Thiru-Vi-Ka Nagar Main Road, Pulianthope, Chennai600 012. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the sale deed in question had already been executed and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not refuted the said submission, made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, this Court is of the view that the relief, prayed for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
