WMP.No.6896 of 2022 in W.P.No.26305 of 2019 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY,J We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

2. This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to restore W.P.No.26305 of 2015, which was dismissed for default on 14.9.2021.

3. It is stated that the said writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution while the petitioner was appearing in person. As he was not aware of of the online link, he could not attend the case on 14.9.2021.

Therefore, a prayer is made to restore the said writ petition.

4. Finding reasons, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its file.
