This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to display the name board of the petitioner's business.

2. Mrs. Karthika Ashok, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the Business Board placed by the petitioner within her Business premises was in no point of time questioned or disturbed by the respondents. However, the petitioner had erected a display board standing on the iron https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pedestal on the platform. Since, the said display board caused hindrance to the pedestrians on the road, the respondents have removed the same.

3. Recording the above statements of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court finds that there is no merits in the present Writ Petition.

4. It is open to the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents. If the petitioner satisfied all the guidelines and norms then the respondents shall consider the application in accordance with law.
