ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Erode, while passing order dated 11.01.2024 granting bail to the petitioner/A2 in Crl.M.P.No.176 of 2024.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed in para no.(v) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of 10 days and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of twenty days and then, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 08.02.2024 smv 2/4
