Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner given to the respondents dated 22.11.1998, 21.02.1994, 12.12.1998, 19.02.2005, 19.10.2005, 05.01.2006 and 05.07.2007 and treat the petitioner promote as Accounts Officer in Class II before retirement and give all monetary benefits till the petitioner's retirement period viz. 10.12.1956 to 31.01.1992. ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representations dated 22.11.1998, 21.02.1994, 12.12.1998, 19.02.2005, 19.10.2005, 05.01.2006 and 05.07.2007 and to promote him as Accounts Officer Class II before the date of his retirement and give all monetary benefits.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is unable to get instructions from the petitioner as to whether the representations given by him are considered or not and therefore, he informed that the matter may be dismissed. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
