..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to writ directing the 2nd respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner in service.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service.

2. Though, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is large in nature. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner now restricts the prayer in the writ petition by stating that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.02.2013. The learned counsel further states that the similar prayer were considered by the Court umpteen number of cases.

3.However, this Court need not consider the merits and demerits of the case, in view of the fact that the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner now restricts the prayer to extent of directing the second respondent to consider the representation.

4. Thus, without going into the merits, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.02.2013 on pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the copy of the order passed in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However,there shall be no order as to costs.
