ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioners possession and enjoyment of the house of the petitioner bearing Door No. 4/544, Amman Nagar 4th Street, J.J. Nagar Trisoolam, Chennai 43 and consequently direct the respondents to recognize the petitioner as a tenant in respect of the land on which the petitioner has built her house.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition since, door number which was locked has been wrongly mentioned in the writ petition.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 02.03.2023 dhk Index:Yes/No Internet: Yes/No To 2/4
