ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned award dated 2.6.2008 passed in C.P.No.204 of 2000 by the Labour Court, Cuddalore, partly allowing the claim made by the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up on 11.3.2019, no one appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter was taken up at 11.20 AM, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, interim order stands vacated and the M.P.No.1 of 2008 is also dismissed.
