O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order Na. Ka.No. 16967/2018/J1 dated 21.12.2018 passed by the First Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Third Respondent submit that they would be satisfied if the Revision Petition is taken up by the First Respondent and disposed of expeditiously and that the parties would extend their fullest co-

operation for the same. In that backdrop, it is also agreed by them that the impugned order may be set aside. 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made, the impugned order is set aside and the First Respondent shall take up the Revision Petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing advance notice of hearing to the parties concerned. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one hearing showing progress of the case. The Petitioner and the Third Respondent shall attend the hearings on which the matter is posted. The First Respondent after full opportunity giving to all parties concerned shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to the concerned parties under written acknowledgement and file a report of compliance before the Registrar-Judicial of this Court in any event by 31.12.2019.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
