The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to recover the arrears of gratuity amount due to the members of the Writ Petitioner Union from the third respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the gratuity amount claimed has been fully disbursed and the petitioner has also received the same.

3. Since it is represented that the arrears amount has been disbursed to the members of the petitioner Union, no effective orders can be passed in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
